The products style supplied which we mentioned above were by two hundred furniture factories in China,Some of them are design by ourselves. The moulds were finished by our mould master who has 20-years experienced in this field.  Standard requirement of every production process to be control by our Engineering Department. We have special requirement for surface polishing products. The plating factory was established one set standard for all the products electro-plating layer . Besides corrosion  test, many of the products must be inspected the thickness by X-ray quantometer. Product quality strickly controlled by QC department. We use plastic box to protect a blank die-casting , we can manage all the production processes from mould making ,production processes control to electro-plating processes control. So We can fullly meet customers need on quality and quantity as well as leadtime.

    We have obtained ISO9001-2000 International Quality Management Certifications in June 2004 and introduced the  "ERP"system management and 5S system in our three factories.

    Hongxinghua owns self-support import&export right. Our products have been sold far to the United States, Germany,        Egypt, the Southeast ,Asian etc.we have made handles to a Japanese customer.last month.
